I traveled from Dubai to Newyork on 28th September by business class,when I purchased the tickets it was informed to me that they are are going to provide free cab service, that they did it in Dubai but in Newyork when I landed after a long journey no body was there to pick me up nor any help desk ihave to spend almost one hour in the airport in search of in formation ,highly disgusting...
